San Diego - CA February 23, 2009. NxGEN Electronics, Inc. announces today the release of two innovative non-volatile memory product families.
These families of memory products are expected to be available by late 2009 and 2010.
The FeRAM family of monolithic and stacked memory devices were developed in conjunction with Celis Semiconductor
Corp. under SBIR contracts with NASA. NxGen Electronics is in the process of commercializing these devices and is
seeking potential partners for applications and further development, said Sam Sadri VP of Sales for NxGen Electronics, Inc.
